How long can homes be leased for?

We lease homes for a minimum of one month and many of our leases extend 6+ months when needed.

How much does it cost to lease one of the homes?

Each home is leasable for the stated nightly rate, plus initial fees including a cleaning fee, pet fee, and administrative fee. A refundable security deposit is also collected that will be returned after moving out. Better rate is available for longer term. Our leasing team can give you a quote quickly; call them at 214-699-1233 or email us at info@staywellfh.com

What if I have a maintenance issue arise?

Our maintenance team is available for 24/7 and we can quickly get anything maintenance related addressed. Simply call us at 214-699-1233

I am not sure how long I would need to lease for, can you keep the home available for me to lease past my end date?

Yes. Many of our guests have been displaced and have their current home getting repairs, so we never book a home for a future date to ensure it remains available to extend.

About the home

Welcome to Frisco Luxe, a spacious and comfortable 3 bedroom home in one of Frisco’s best neighborhoods. This is the kind of place that works well for family trips, golf weekends, business travel, and longer stays when you want more space than a hotel can offer.

The home sleeps up to 8 guests and has an easy layout for relaxing and spreading out. The primary suite features a Tempur-Pedic king bed and a large private bathroom with a soaking tub, glass shower, and dual sinks. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom has two twin beds. There is also a sofa bed in the main living area for guests 7 and 8.

Downstairs, you’ll find an open living room with a fireplace and smart TV, a fully stocked kitchen with cookware, blender, and Keurig Duo, and a dedicated office/den with a desk for remote work. Upstairs, there is a second living space with another smart TV, giving everyone more room to unwind.

Outside, guests enjoy the private turf patio with a putting green and cornhole. During spring and summer, it is a great spot for coffee in the morning or a little downtime after dinner.

You’ll also have access to ultra-fast Wi-Fi, smart TVs, self check-in, and a private garage with EV charging.

The location is one of the biggest advantages of this home. You are just minutes from Toyota Stadium, Omni PGA Frisco, The Star, Legacy West, and many of Frisco’s restaurants, shops, and family attractions. DFW Airport and AT&T Stadium are also an easy drive away.
